How do I return an item?

Our product is hand crafted and hand painted which allows for slight variations. Each piece is an individual work of art. Since many artists paint these pieces it is quite normal for hand painted or hand finished products to vary slightly. They also can give the appearance of brush strokes, small paint smudges, and even tiny indentations in the glaze. The individual characteristics appeal too many of our consumers and which adds to their heirloom value.

Damaged/Defective Product
Notify Kaldun and Bogle of damages, defects or discrepancies within 10 days of receipt of goods. No Exception. Once shipments are accepted, damaged merchandise is the responsibility of the customer.

Damage or Defective claims require clear pictures of merchandise. Claims can be emailed to claims@kaldunandbogle.com.

Upon receipt of claim, instructions and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be given for damaged or defective merchandise to be returned. Our first option is to supply replacement on your next order. Otherwise a credit will be issued towards a future order.

Returned merchandise must be packed in original packaging (boxes/air pillow/foam). No Exception. The customer will be solely responsible for any damaged merchandise during return shipping due to poor return packaging.

Not eligible for claims:
Claims made after 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Any item that is not in the original box with original packing materials.
Return without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or failure to follow claim procedure.
Returned claim items that are found to be in good condition may not be eligible for a refund.
